IT’S TIME TO ALIGN WITH THE TRUEST VERSION OF YOUR SELF AS A LOVING, SENSUAL, SEXUAL BEING
…whether you’re single or in a RELATIONSHIP
In the West we are taught a disembodied sexuality, based upon visual fantasies and goals that are often more important than the experience. This can prevent us from being in our bodies - creating inauthenticity and disconnection from ourselves and each other. What advertising wants us to think of pleasure is often barely even felt in the body, but is usually about needing something external, which denies us the fact that we already have everything we need within.
The VITA Method draws on the ancient teachings and practices of Tao and Tantra and combines these with modern-day neuroscience, inner child work, embodiment and a trauma-informed approach.
Layla Martin, the originator of the VITA method, defines it as follows: VITA sex, love, and relationship coaching is partnering with a client in a loving, compassionate and supportive way to create a conscious container for transformation that results in greater self-love, integration and self-realization while staying focused on the client achieving their goals and desires in alignment with the truth of their original essence.
This approach -
focuses on mind, body & energy.
Transformation: in alignment with your deepest self.
Setting goals: getting really clear on your desires and how to achieve them.
Releasing blocks and barriers: working through and letting go of what’s holding you back
or getting in the way of what you really want
– maybe wounding or a trauma body or any kind of energetic or emotional block.

How is coaching different from therapy?
My short answer was - the easiest way for me to explain it is therapy is the thinking and talking about healing and life coaching or somatic life coaching is the actioning of doing the deep healing and releasing things from our subconscious and primal brains. Things we don't even know are holding us back. Doing the somatic work and letting our bodies complete the stress cycles allows true healing to happen!
Therapists and psychotherapists are medical professionals who have been highly trained in regards to mental health. Because of their training, therapists face more restrictions than coaches in terms of how they are able to serve (such as requiring licensure in their state of practice, their approach to healing, etc.).
One of the most common misconceptions about coaching is that it’s a knock-off version of therapy. That’s not what this is. The main difference between therapy in coaching is this:
Therapists are trained to diagnose people, coaches are not. Coaches identify and describe past or current problematic behaviors so their clients can work to modify them. Coaches support you, guide you, keep you accountable, and teach you with their expertise in their respective field.
As a Sacred Sexuality and Empowerment coach, my goal is to help you achieve your goals and change your habits to create the life that you’ve always wanted to live. I’ll assist you in acknowledging the issues you’re dealing with, and figuring out how to work with and through them. Then, we’ll work together to mend your relationship with your body, and create goals for your life moving forward.
What if I’m not sure about making the investment?
Putting ourselves first can be extremely difficult, especially if we’ve spent so many years at war with our self-worth. In determining whether or not this program is worth your investment, I invite you to reflect on how much you value yourself, and how much you think you’d gain from this program.
Although 3 months of 1-on-1 coaching can involve a significant amount of your time and financial investment, the freedom of existing in your body with no hate or shame attached is priceless.
